Drinking Charged Water for an overall internal process..
We all know that the body’s internal processes in terms of digesting food is very effective at drawing out all the minerals of the foods and liquids. What is possibly not common knowledge is also that the body will in the same process equalise energetically with the foods and or liquids. In other words.. If you eat something high in energy, the cells in your body will absorb this energy and in this case we are not talking about the sugar rush we are talking about Bio-Energy. The Actual Energy content of the food.
For example a fresh fruit plugged directly from the tree will potentially have the highest amount of energy as compared to the fruit we buy at the super markets which may have been gas ripened and may have been sitting in a warehouse for over a year. Not much energy there..
